Today I have started sketching which sheets I would want to include on my portfolio. Projects I have done and will help to represent my experience and skills.
I think most of the things in life have to be analyzed, to realize who we can improve it, even sometimes it is difficult to be critic with yourself.
Here it is my analysis and possible ideas to reshape my portfolio.
This is only the beginning, although it is good to start drawing or sketching, to try to find the mistakes, and improve it day by day!

From my own experience, I always have fresh, new ideas when I am not in front the paper or the computer. So I think it is good to have a planning in your mind, because the ideas will come when you will never expect!
