FIRST STEP, simplify your portfolio. I use to over add information, plans, sections views... And I think For a person how looks hundred of Portfolios, the best way is to make it clear and simple... If you have something special on it they will choose it for the interview.
Insert some rules to follow and make it more clear, order in every page!
